IND vs AUS 2023: Australia announced a Strong 18-Member Squad for the ODI Series against India | Australia Tour of India 2023: On September 17, 2023, Cricket Australia (CA) announced the 18-member Squad of the Australian Team for the ODI Series against India, which will start from September 22, 2023.

Pat Cummins will lead the Australia Team in the three-match ODI Series against India ahead of the World Cup 2023. The Key Players like Cummins, Steve Smith, Maxwell, Cameron Green, and Mitchell Starc are returning to the Australian Squad after recovering from injury after the Ashes 2023 and White ball series against South Africa.

The Star All-Rounder Glenn Maxwell has been declared full fit for the ODI series against India and the World Cup 2023. Glenn Maxwell couldn’t play in the T20I and ODI series against South Africa as he suffered an ankle injury during training for the T20I series in South Africa Tour.

Due to an injury while playing in the first ODI match against South Africa, Cameron Green also missed three ODI matches. Now, He is expected to play in the ODI series against India.

Ashton Agar and Travis Head will miss the ODI series against India due to injury. Agar suffered from a minor calf injury during the T20I series against South Africa but played the first ODI series against South Africa.

Ashton Agar will miss the ODI series against India due to paternity leave, while Travis Head will miss the ODI Series and World Cup 2023 due to a fractured hand. In the absence of Head and Agar, the Australia Team added Matt Short and Spencer Johnson to the squad.
